FATIGUE COUNTERMEASURES



Introduction

This course covers sleep physiology and fatigue countermeasures and is useful for anyone exposed to time zone changes and shift work.



Objectives

At the end of this course, the participant is expected to acquire:

  1. An understanding of sleep physiology and human body clock;
  2. Practical knowledge on how to work out shift structures and flight duty time limitations;
  3. The ability to use fatigue countermeasures tools and strategies.

The duration of the course is 1 day.
