Life Saving Skills The BCLS is an 8-hour course which aims to provide participants with the knowledge and  skills to resuscitate collapsed adult and infant victims as well as provide relief of foreign-  body airway obstruction.  Successful candidates will be awarded with a BCLS certificate  accredited by the National Resuscitation Council with 2-year validity.  Course Objectives  At the end of the course, participants will be able to:  Understand the rescuer’s role in the chain of survival  Activate the appropriate Emergency Response System  Perform Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adult and infant victims  Relieve foreign body airway obstruction in an adult and infant victim  Course Contents  Introduction to CPR  Module 1 : One-Rescuer Adult CPR  Module 2 : Adult Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO)  Module 3 : One-Rescuer Infant CPR  Module 4 : Infant Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO)  Who Should Attend  a) Doctors, Nurses and Allied Healthcare professionals.   b) Company employees engaged in safety, such as Emergency Response Teams (ERT),  managers, supervisors, frontline staff, safety personnel, teachers, security and lifeguards.  Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Course National Resuscitation Council (NRC) accredited Training Centre Back to Top
