The Flying Man Story Highlights of the programme include: An introductory interactive slide presentation See and understand the various machines that are used to train pilots in aviation physiology Witness Boyle’s Law in action using balloons in a hypobaric altitude chamber View videos of pilots undergoing high G-force training as well as hypoxia training Experience the Coriolis Illusion in an actual somatogyral turntable The students will also leave with a special educational booklet (The Secret Journal of The Flying Man), a group photograph, a certificate and a DVD recording of their somatogyral turntable experience. The Secret Journal booklet also has some questions at the end, to test the student’s  understanding of what they have learnt.  The answers to these questions can be found on this website. Edutainment The Flying Man Story is a 2.5 hour learning  journey for school children aged 10-16 that  introduces them to the human physiology  limitations that man had to overcome, in order to  fly.  The programme utilizes a LEARN, SEE and  DO concept to engage the children.
