Human Factors Civil Aviation The Aviation industry is supported by many diverse groups of jobs and people.  They are  responsible for many aspects of aircraft and air traffic operations and their work is crucial in  ensuring the safety of the aircraft, passengers and cargo.   A large percentage of aircraft incidents and accidents occur due to human error. Human error  can best be managed by education and inculcating awareness of all personnel, through  training in the area of Human Factors.   The SAC Aviation Human Factors Course is recommended for all air and ground personnel  within the aviation industry.  This course is designed to provide a strong foundation in  cognitive Human Factors and Crew Resources Management issues.  Students, trainees and  personnel involved in aviation who have never had indoctrination in this field would find the  contents enriching and relevant.
